Nature's coffee picker - <strike>Brazil Jacu Bird</strike> soldout

The South American Jacu bird

The body is heavy and acidity low making a super smooth coffee with molasses and brown bread tones. There is a slight black pepper note in the finish.

Now about the novelty:
This funky south American creature has a select appetite for the ripest shade grown coffee cherries.
After digestion the pits (coffee beans still covered in parchment) are collected out of it droppings (seriously) cleaned, roasted, brewed and drunk (still serious).

Unlike the infamous civet cat, it is not force fed because it does not impart some "special" flavor on the low grade robusta beans it eats.

The point is having a really great quality Brazilian coffee chosen by nature's coffee selector.

It will be available this week only or until sold out! SOLD OUT

This week's special limited edition siphon coffee: <strike>ETHIOPIAN SIDAMO</strike>

We brought back the <strike>organic Ethiopian Sidamo</strike> for this week. Most African coffees have a floral or berry character. The Sidamo is very berry-like. In fact it's hard not to pick up the blueberry and apricot aroma and fragrance. This is a coffee you won't find in most places because coffee roasters who usually blend coffees won't match this coffee's character with any other beans. It's hard to blend a Sidamo so they can only sell it as a Varietal coffee. So please enjoy it while we have it!
