We brought back the organic Ethiopian Sidamo for this week. Most African coffees have a floral or berry character. The Sidamo is very berry-like. In fact it's hard not to pick up the blueberry and apricot aroma and fragrance. This is a coffee you won't find in most places because coffee roasters who usually blend coffees won't match this coffee's character with any other beans. It's hard to blend a Sidamo so they can only sell it as a Varietal coffee. So please enjoy it while we have it!

Today we have an organic Panama siphon coffee. It has orange accents with mild acidity and medium body.

I haven't been very good at posting the last few special coffee beans. But We just finished off a Colombia Antioquia Supremo that was so excellent I will reorder it. The week after that we had Kenya AA Nyeri, after that an Ethiopia Limu, and after that a Costa Rica Naranjo Caracol. Coming up next:

Peaberry coffees are the mutant X-Men of coffee beans. Normally a coffee cherry contains two beans. A coffee cherry with only one bean is called a peaberry. They have a smaller rounder size and their flavor is more robust and acidic.

is aromatically floral with a mild scent of vanilla and sweet cereal. It is also has unabashedly bright lemony high notes.
