I'll roast and have the next off-the-menu siphon coffee by Monday.

The last couple roasts sold out sooner than I anticipated which is a good thing, but I'm thinking to make Mondays the new coffee days.

SOLD OUT - (This was really interesting... could be the smoothest coffee I had. )
This week's secret siphon coffee is a certified organic Sumatra from the Aceh District.

It's very low in acidity, has a nice chocolate dry fragrance with mild fruited notes, and clove in the finish. With low acidity and opaque body, this gives the cup an unusual overall character.

Brazil Coromandel - Fazenda Sao Joao

SOLD OUT

For all you siphon coffee drinkers out there, in addition to the regular list of regional coffees I'll be adding a special siphon coffee every week this month.

The Brazil Coromandel has floral aromas, nut-to-chocolate roast tones with honey, aromatic wood, and root beer.

This will be in limited supply and is not on our regular coffee list.

Ask for the siphon coffee that's not on the regular list.
Next week I'll roast a new varietal coffee bean, hee ha.

Coffee beans (the Arabic species) absorb minerals and nutrients from the regions they grew in. And with the right climate they mature and present unique characteristics, in the same way wines do. The coffees I offer have delicate and natural flavors and are roasted to the degree where origin profile and roasting profile find a good balance.
